To login to SmarterStats, you need to Enable it from HELM Control Panel.

1. Login to HELM Control Panel https://cp.aspnix.com/
2. Click on Domains
3. Click on the domain you want to enable SmarterStats for
4. Click on the Statistics
5. Click Enable SmarterStats
6. When Stats are Enabled you will see a link “View Details:   Click Here to View Stats”
7. Click on the link and you will navigate to the SmarterStats website with UserID and UserName prefilled
8. Use HELM password to login to SmarterStats

Note: You can also change your password on the same page where you enabled the SmarterStats.

You may receive this error if you just installed SmarterStats: Your site is currently processing logs and data is unavailable. In the meantime you may use any of the functions in the Config area. Please contact support for assistance.
To avoid the error please wait and try again later. It may take a few minutes to generate statistics for your website.
